Moments in Motion Travel provides travel-planning and travel-advisory services and assists clients with arranging travel services provided by independent travel suppliers.

Moments in Motion Travel is an Independent affiliate of KHM Travel Group.

Travel services may ultimately be provided by third-party suppliers including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, excursion operators, and travel-protection providers.

Moments in Motion Travel does not operate or control those independent suppliers.

This website is provided for general information, travel inspiration, and communication with Moments in Motion Travel regarding potential travel-planning services.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability.

Information presented on the website should not be interpreted as confirmation of a reservation, guaranteed availability, or a guaranteed price unless expressly stated in confirmed booking documentation.

Submitting the Start Planning form, sending an email, requesting information, participating in a consultation, or receiving travel suggestions does not create or confirm a travel reservation.

A trip is not considered booked merely because an inquiry or quote has been provided.

Reservations are subject to applicable supplier requirements, availability, payment requirements, and confirmation.

You should not make nonrefundable or dependent travel arrangements based solely on an inquiry or preliminary quote.

Pricing and availability are subject to change.

Travel pricing may change between the time an option is researched, quoted, reviewed, and actually booked.

Airfare, accommodations, cruise fares, taxes, fees, promotions, room or cabin categories, transportation, excursions, and other travel components may change in price or availability without notice.

A quote does not guarantee that the quoted price or travel component will remain available until the applicable reservation is confirmed according to the supplier's requirements.

Where applicable, clients should review the complete proposal and supplier terms before authorizing a booking or payment.

Travel arrangements facilitated by Moments in Motion Travel are provided by separate and independent travel suppliers.

These suppliers establish and control their own operations, schedules, services, policies, availability, pricing, changes, cancellations, refunds, credits, rebooking procedures, and other terms.

When you proceed with a reservation, you may also become subject to the applicable supplier's terms and conditions.

Supplier terms may differ from one reservation or travel component to another. Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms applicable to their specific arrangements.

Payment-card information should not be submitted through the public Moments in Motion Travel website inquiry form or ordinary email unless you have specifically been directed to an appropriate secure process.

When payment is required for a travel reservation, applicable payment authorization and booking procedures will be provided separately.

Payments for travel arrangements may be processed directly by the applicable travel supplier in accordance with the supplier's terms and the applicable booking process.

Authorization must be provided before Moments in Motion Travel processes an authorized payment on a client's behalf.

A payment or deposit may become subject to supplier cancellation, change, refund, or other restrictions once processed.

Clients should retain booking confirmations, invoices, receipts, and other documentation associated with their reservation.

Changes, cancellations, rebooking requests, refunds, future travel credits, penalties, and related matters are generally subject to the terms and policies of the applicable travel supplier.

Cancellation or change fees may apply.

Certain travel arrangements may be nonrefundable or subject to restrictions after booking or after specified deadlines.

Moments in Motion Travel will assist clients with communicating or navigating applicable supplier processes when appropriate, but does not control a supplier's decision regarding refunds, credits, schedule changes, cancellations, or other remedies.

Clients should review applicable cancellation and change policies before authorizing a reservation.

Travel protection or travel insurance may be available for certain travel arrangements.

Coverage, exclusions, eligibility requirements, deadlines, benefits, claim determinations, and reimbursement decisions are governed by the applicable insurance or protection plan—not by Moments in Motion Travel.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing policy documentation and deciding whether available coverage is appropriate for their circumstances.

When travel protection is offered and declined, clients may be asked to document that decision as part of the booking process.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing their travel documentation promptly and notifying Moments in Motion Travel of errors or discrepancies.

This includes reviewing, as applicable:

• Legal traveler names
• Travel dates
• Flight information
• Hotel, resort, or cruise information
• Room or stateroom categories
• Transportation arrangements
• Deposit and final-payment deadlines
• Cancellation and change policies
• Applicable fees
• Travel-protection information
• Other itinerary details

Names used for reservations should match the traveler's applicable government-issued travel documents when required.

Travelers are also responsible for providing requested information accurately and by applicable deadlines.

KHM's acknowledgement form specifically requires clients to review legal names, dates, flight information, insurance terms, supplier information, cancellation policies and payment schedules, so this section reflects that existing booking process.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess the documentation required for their trip, which may include passports, visas, government-issued identification, entry authorizations, or other documentation.

Requirements can vary based on destination, citizenship, itinerary, age, and other circumstances.

Travelers should verify applicable requirements with authoritative government sources and allow sufficient time to obtain required documentation.

Moments in Motion Travel may provide general reminders or information but does not control government entry requirements or decisions regarding admission to a destination.

Travel can be affected by circumstances outside the control of Moments in Motion Travel.

These may include supplier operational changes, weather, natural events, government actions, labor disruptions, security events, mechanical issues, public-health events, schedule changes, or other circumstances affecting travel services.

When disruptions occur, applicable supplier terms, travel-protection coverage, and applicable law may determine available options, refunds, credits, rebooking rights, or other remedies.

This mirrors the basic allocation in KHM's Client Acknowledgement, which tells travelers that interruptions or cancellations can result from suppliers, governments or other third parties outside the agency's control and that supplier and insurance terms govern applicable remedies.

Moments in Motion Travel makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate website information, but travel information can change.

The website may reference or link to third-party websites, travel suppliers, government resources, or other services.

Moments in Motion Travel does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or independent terms.

Use of third-party websites is subject to their respective policies and terms.

Unless otherwise indicated, original website copy, branding, graphics, logos, design elements, and other original content belonging to Moments in Motion Travel may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Additional documentation may be required during the booking process, including supplier terms and conditions, payment authorizations, client acknowledgements, travel-protection documentation, invoices, or other reservation-specific documents.

If a specific travel supplier's terms apply to a reservation, those terms govern the supplier's travel products and services.

Moments in Motion Travel may update these Terms & Conditions when website functionality, business practices, services, supplier processes, or applicable requirements change.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised when these Terms & Conditions are updated.
